Crawler chassis for a forwarder
Beránek, Jakub ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on using different types of caterpillar tracks with effort to minimize pressure of vehicle on forest land and keep the required speed and traction. The fractionation of undercarriage and evaluate of their abilities is provided in this work. After that, the process of deploying tracks and process of tensioning tracks is described. In the end the conceptual design of undercarriage is conducted
The study wheeled undercarriages of mobile machines
Olšovský, Petr ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is to summarize basic findings regarding various types of wheeled undercarriages that are used on contemporary machines. The first part of this paper deals with numerous requirements that should be fulfilled by the design of an undercarriage. The fulfilment of these requirements also helps to assess whether the design should be used for a specific machine. Another focus of this paper is to summarize all design solutions regarding propulsion, tyres, stabilizing elements and steering mechanisms. These solutions are compared to each other. Important design elements of wheeled undercarriages are described as well.
The design of a mobile crawler undercarriage for transport mechine
Mareš, Michal ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
First part of this bachelor's thesis deals with the review of delta undercarriage for mobile crawlers with four delta crawler undercarriage. The text discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this approach. The second part of this work is aimed on the construction of such delta carriage with a maximum load of 5000 kg. The carriage is designed as modular to be able to be easily replaced. This basic concept was followed by precise mechanical design and the construction was supported by the basic mechanical computations of important parts. Detailed three-dimensional model of the undercarriage was performed in the Autodesk Inventor 2015 software.
Landing gears of ultralight airplanes and its loading
Talanda, Tomáš ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Juračka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with engineering solution and loading of ultralight aircraft landing gear. At first requirements for landing gear are mentioned, then the basic arrangement and structural design of aircraft landing gear are explicated. Next part contains calculation procedure and sample calculation of P92 ECHO aircraft landing gear loading. The last part of the thesis deals with experimental verification of landing gear loading, that was calculated before.
Hydraulic circle of undercarriage two-way vehicle
Rozumek, Jaroslav ; Tomeček, Pavel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is a concept of hydraulic (hydrostatic) circuit of rail – road vehicle drive for the drive on communication and railway. As my work is not related to a specific type of road vehicle dedicated to a drive on railway, my work is of strictly reference nature. On request I was provided by Bosh Rexroth s.r.o. with a hydraulic scheme of two-way undercarriage (see appendix), which is also a source material for the new concept. My work is focused on interests of SaZ s.r.o., which deals with the development and rebuilding of road vehicles into rail – road vehicles. The first phase is focused on the choice of the most convenient component of railway undercarriage in accord with the assignment. The second phase is oriented on the calculation of travel parameters, dimensioning of systems with concretization of typal mark of components. A part of the second phase is also a concept of hydraulic braking system of rail undercarriage. After that follows a complete evaluation, eventually an alternative solution of given problem.
Tracked chassis
Bartoníček, Richard ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Prokop (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis presents basic overview of tracked chassis construction variants. In the second part there are named examples of tracked chassis usage in civil engineering and forest and agricultural applications.
Design of experimental vehicle undercarriage with four wheel steering
Vadlejch, Filip ; Krejsa, Jiří (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací podvozku experimentálního čtyřkolého vozidla s nezávislým pohonem a řízením všech kol. Vozidlo je určeno jako učební a vývojová pomůcka pro testování konceptu řízení všech kol a systémů kontroly řízení, pohonu a brzdění. Práce obsahuje několik konceptů jak samotného vozidla, tak konstrukčních detailů, především uložení kol a distribuce hnacího momentu.
The study of the behavior of track chassis using dynamic simulation
Hudec, Karel ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jonák, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the study of the undercarriage, their components and organization. Further, this work is focused on selected types of machines with tracked chassis moving in forestry or for operation in forest ground. The second part of the thesis deals with the design of the tracked chassis for the forwarder and the subsequent verification of the functionalities by dynamic simulation.
Crawler undercarriage for building machines
Richtr, Pavel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The point of the bachelor’s thesis is to recapitulate pieces of knowledge about types of crawler undercarriages to the weight of 10 tons, make survey of application various types of undercarriages for concrete types of machines, to give and confront properties of undercarriages and tracks in the light of weight of machine and operating specifications.
Design of hillside elevator
Jaroš, Tomáš ; Smejkal, David (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
This Bachelor´s Thesis presents a structural proposal of a hillside elevator to a house on the slope used to carry goods and people. The elevator is designed in a total length of 40 meters with a capacity of 400 kilograms and slope of 25 degrees. The main focus aims at the drive of the machine and its safety. The elevator fulfills prescribed safety terms according to the 127/2004 directive. A 3D model of the elevator, a design drawing and drawings of its individual components are included.
